FAQ

How do you ship and can we use our own shipping company?

We ship all of our packages via USPS or DHL. We also work with Los Angeles based shipping companies for international customers with preferred forwarders. Customer will be invoiced for shipping after their order has been received and weighted to accurately calculate the shipping cost. Insurance is required for all wholesale orders.

What is your MOQ and lead time? Our minimum opening order is $350 and/or 7-10 pcs per style. Orders are shipped between 15-30 days following payment, and in-stock items are shipped immediately.

Is product photography available? Wholesale customers have an exclusive right to use product photos on their website, in store, and on social media for sales and marketing purposes.
